The Dutch government has decided to increase the reduced VAT rate for accommodation from 9% to 21% as of 1 January 2026.
What does this mean for you?
As a result, we must adjust our prices for stays from 2026 onwards. A price increase is unavoidable.

Prices 2026
Prices include bed linen and tourist tax. A welcome towel set is provided at check in. Our accommodation is not a B&B, therefore breakfast is not included. During your stay you have access to one parking space suitable for a passenger car.

Check in from 15:00. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least one day before arrival.

- The Dorschkamer is in principle suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Please discuss this in advance.

Business stays
For business guests a special rate may be available in some cases, by arrangement. We stand for quality and this is reflected in our pricing.

- Smoking indoors is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Adults only. No children.
- Trucks, large vans, or vans with trailers are not allowed.
- The use of personal cooking or baking equipment such as stone grills, baking plates, deep fryers, ovens, toasters, or barbecues is not allowed.
